I volunteer at my local animal shelter in Western Ky, and we need to find a rescue for an adult raccoon that was raised by humans. He will not be able to be released back into the wild for he has no fear of humans, dogs or cats.
Do you know of any organization that can assist me in finding a forever home for him.

my raccoon is 5 month, I got when when he was about nine weeks old now i think he is ready to be tranfer to the wild. please find someboby that can help he is a go boy i dont want to see him die the got him once

A five month old coonie will not survive in the wild if it hasn't been with other coonies. We have group members that may be able to help you place your little one with other coonies to be released together with.
